With a king sized bed in the master, two full sized beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa, this condo can sleep eight comfortably. Beautiful beach decor and all the comforts of home! This unit has all brand new stainless appliances - installed 3-30-2021! Complimentary beach service for 2!
Regency Towers has something for the entire family. You will enjoy the two full size pools (one of which is seasonally heated). The Regency has an indoor hot tub, poolside bar and grill, and a fitness room. Regency Towers is a gated community with 24 hour security.
Regency Towers is located on Thomas Drive (the East end of the beach). This end of the beach is considered to be quieter and have less traffic. If you stay at the Regency, we recommend that you take a trip to St. Andrews State Park. The park is only 1.4 miles away, and features a boat ramp, great fishing spots, and the best snorkeling site.

The room was just as pictured, even more gorgeous in person. It had everything you would want. FULL EQUIPPED KITCHEN! Regency 309 was gorgeous! Sleeps 8, very homey! Brought your home to the beach! Gorgeous property! Overall happy.
