With a king sized bed in the master bedroom, queen sized bed in the second bedroom, two full beds in the third bedroom,  this condominium can accommodate larger families. This condo has a west view of the beach, corian countertops, tile floor in the kitchen and bathrooms, and carpet in the living room. You will feel right at home in this second floor condo! Brand new living and dining furniture! This condo is available Sunday to Sunday during peak seasons.

Regency Towers has something for the entire family. You will enjoy the two full size pools (one of which is seasonally heated). The Regency has an indoor hot tub, poolside bar and grill, and a fitness room. Regency Towers is a gated community with 24 hour security.

Regency Towers is located on Thomas Drive (the East end of the beach). This end of the beach is considered to be quieter and have less traffic. If you stay at the Regency, we recommend that you take a trip to St. Andrews State Park. The park is only 1.4 miles away, and features a boat ramp, great fishing spots, and the best snorkeling site.
